cortland fairplay fly rod

I have not used the reel and lin from Cortland’s Fairplay outfit, only the rod, but to me, on an inexpensive fly fishing combo the reel is literally just a place to hang the line. After several re-organizations, Cortland is now going strong making fly lines under 3 different labels: Precision, 444, and 333.
